Families had the option to upload images, such as portraits or symbols, for incorporation into the design.
The application generated real-time previews of customized plaques as users made selections, enabling families to visualize the final product before ordering.
Instant price estimates were provided based on the chosen options, enhancing trust and convenience through transparent pricing.
